Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data idevconn.com collects, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

01Who we are

This website, idevconn.com, is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“iDevconn”, “we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy covers this website only. Our products — Warny, Voicelike, iSubscribe, link4.pet, FinLens and iCore Coder — are separate services, each with its own privacy policy. Using one of those products is governed by that product’s policy, not this one.

02What we collect

We collect very little. Specifically:

  • Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the message you write. Nothing in that form is required for you to browse the site — you choose to send it.
  • Analytics data. We use Google Analytics, which collects your IP address, approximate location, device and browser information, the pages you view, and how you move through the site.
  • Technical request data. Our servers record standard information for every request — IP address, user agent, timestamp, and the resource requested — as a normal part of operating and securing a website.

We do not collect payment details on this site, we do not run advertising or behavioural-tracking pixels, and we do not buy personal data from third parties.

03Why we use it

  • To answer you. Contact form data is used to reply to your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to continue that conversation. Our basis is that you asked us to get in touch — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To understand what the site needs. Analytics tells us which pages people read and where they give up, so we can improve them. Our basis is our legitimate interest in running a useful website.
  • To keep the site up and secure. Technical logs let us diagnose faults and detect abuse. Our basis is our legitimate interest in the security and availability of the service.

We do not use your data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not profile you.

04Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to distinguish one visitor from another and to measure how the site is used. These are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies.

You can stop them in any of these ways:

Blocking these cookies does not stop you using any part of this site. Nothing here depends on them.

05Who else sees your data

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We do rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Supabase — hosts the database that stores contact form submissions.
  • Google (Analytics) — processes the usage data described above.
  • Google (Fonts) — this site loads its typefaces from Google’s font servers, which means your IP address is sent to Google on every page load, whether or not you interact with anything.

If you choose to contact us through Telegram or WhatsApp using the buttons on this site, that conversation happens on their platforms and is governed by their privacy policies, not ours.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to — for example in response to a valid order from a court or regulator.

06Where your data goes

Our service providers operate internationally, so your data may be processed outside [JURISDICTION] — including in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for such transfers, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

07How long we keep it

  • Contact enquiries — kept for [DATA RETENTION PERIOD], then deleted, unless the enquiry became an ongoing business relationship or we are required to keep it longer.
  • Analytics data — retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
  • Technical logs — kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the site.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time. See your rights below.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights over your personal data:

  • Access — ask what we hold about you and get a copy.
  • Correction — have inaccurate data fixed.
  • Deletion — ask us to erase your data.
  • Restriction and objection — ask us to stop or limit a particular use, including anything we do on the basis of legitimate interest.
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable form.
  • Complaint — raise the matter with the data-protection authority in your country. We would rather you came to us first, but that is your right, not a prerequisite.

To exercise any of these, email idevconn@gmail.com. We will respond within one month. Exercising these rights is free, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.

09How we protect it

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise — but if a breach affects your personal data and is likely to put you at risk, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

10Children

This site is aimed at businesses and professionals and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change materially affects how we handle your personal data, we will make that clear rather than quietly editing the text.

12Contact us
